Customer Service

If working at Wells Fargo has taught me anything so far, it’s definitely taught me how to provide excellent Customer Service. It has also really set me up for a let down in a lot of places. Sometimes I go places and the Customer Service just isn’t good. It wasn’t something that bothered me before, but now I expect to see the high energy service Wells delivers, and I just don’t find that anywhere else.

Deliver better Customer Service people; We’re expecting it!

You have finally picked another “American Idol” who is not my idol. I’m so glad the 5 months of that crap is over. Can we please go back to normal operations without talk of that crap?

Wells Update

So, it’s been a week since I started at Wells Fargo. I think I can say that I love it. I’m really picking up on the system pretty quick. My supervisors and trainers have noticed that I’m moving through the stuff pretty quick. I’m actually doing transactions with few questions. It is a lot more money than I am used to but I will learn to handle it.

Everyone at the store has turned out to be really awesome. I honestly look forward to going to work. I am a bit worried about the sales goals, but I know that I’m going to be able to handle it. They will put the tools that I need to make it in my hands. I should be done with all the training by the end of this month; there’s so much.

It’s 25 days until my vacation. I’m so excited!!
